1. Price, currency and taxes
The current price, purchase format, currency and payment methods are displayed before purchase. Premium may be offered as a non-renewing one-time purchase or as a subscription when that sales mode is enabled. Taxes, VAT/GST and provider fees may depend on your country and payment method.
2. What Premium provides
Premium expands access to TradingRay limits, analytical tools, Premium ideas, indicators and server-side alerts. It is not a financial service, trading strategy, profit guarantee or personal recommendation.
For a one-time purchase, “no time limit” means access for the operational lifetime of the TradingRay application and service. A technical entitlement date stored in the account is not a promise that the service will operate until that date. Previously purchased subscriptions remain valid through their applicable paid period.
3. Payment providers
Payments may be processed by third parties under their own terms, verification, antifraud, fee and refund rules. TradingRay receives only the information needed to confirm access and record payment.
4. Billing errors
Report an incorrect charge to support@tradingray.com with payment details. Do not create additional accounts to evade payment restrictions or blocks; doing so may result in termination.
